When I bought my 4runner it had a rancho 3 inch lift on it suck ass. I put hysteer on it and put 4 inch wrangler springs up front. I got alot of flex and clearance of the wheel wheels. You will need to go hysteer but the it is not that bad if you by a ifs steer box used and trade it in for a new one at your local parts store. if you are going to wheel mild or hard hysteer works best on and offroad. I am running 33's on mine and had no issues with clearance a little rubbing but that will b fixed. If you really are hard for keep the crappy stock steering I would rebuild it and do the ruf leaf pack set up. I made a leaf pack for my buddies 88 in the rear and got around 4 inches of lift.
