When you need a stronger weld, you increase the size of the weld. The best way to do that is by making more then one pass. In a t joint, or fillet weld you first weld both pieces together. Then you make a pass that is halfway on the first weld bead and the lower piece( basemetal)  Now the third you would weld halfway on the second bead and the upper base metal.
Dr.Maxwe001 – well i have a 15 gal compressor now and if I gett he 60  and then use the 15 as a reserve that wil give me 75 gal  thats close to 80 isnt it ?
