my HF welds. Ugly but 5 years later they are still holding up. lol
because I dovetailed the sides. That made the bed seem longer. I had to cut about 2" off the end. That is why the rear lower roll pan is missing.
Done with the bed.
for the tail gate. I drilled out the spot welds and cut the end of the frames off. Moved them in-wards and welded it all back up.
It worked out because I had rust and both corners of my tail gate.
I don't recall how much I took out...something along the lines of 6" per side.
