I'd try the 84-89 section. There are some threads out there (on Yotatech in the '84-85 section for example) on this swap. If you have a 22RE, everything should work. I guess if you've got a 22R, you do need to run a tach wire. My green plug had nothing coming out of it, so I'm not sure what you've got going on. I thought that plug was there to hook up an rpm guage for setting timing and trouble shooting problems and all that, so it's weird that it would have something plugged into it.
