Either binding or hopping.  I've blown 4 at the rear pinion, 1 at case on the rear, and now 1 in the cv on the front.  It doesnt take much hop to blow a toy joint with these axles.  I think the weight of the truck is killing the joints too.  The rear axle alone with wheels and tires on it is in the 750ish lb. range.

Thats pretty heavy i could see that being a problem for sure, atleast you got 1 tons and its your u joints not shafts breaking:).
