Yeah Dude... :up: I just bought the same kind of setup. It's a direct swap-in. The V6 diff is much stronger than the stock 4-banger unit. To the best of my knowledge, all 8" toyota diffs are interchangable, and the new 8.4 taco diff can be made to fit with a few mods.
