I say do a partial... 
have the tube run on the outside of the A Pillars and enter the cab at the top of the windshield area.. and run along the inside of the roof and exit out the back of the cab and run it done into a bed cage....

I will just stick to the internal cage....I have lost my interest in the exo-cages I think I would rather sport body damage than an exo
