My wife and I are planning a trip to Dubai later in the year to visit my sister, brother-in-law and new niece or nephew and have saved enough for airline tickets and were hopeful that another "pot" of money could be used for the trip itself. I was worried that the majority of it would be going for taxes. I don't know how much a trip to Dubai via London will cost, but I'm figuring that it won't be cheap.
