Yes. And there are 3 main bearings. You can pull the cap, and the lower half of the bearing, then push the upper half around and remove it. Push the new upper in, lining the dimple up in the notch, put the lower half in the cap, and reinstall it (be sure to re-install the cap the same way it came off). Make sure to use a good pre-lube on all of the new bearings!
I would also suggest replacing the rod bearings while you are in there. If the mains need to be replaced because of wear, then the rod bearings will have similar (or worse) wear.
Just thought of another question. Is this IFS or solid? Lift?
