and had a few people when I worked at Perfection Tire and 4wheel center, that put HID on there vehicles and they didnt upgrade the bulbs and burn't them up.

im confudes...well if they put hid's on their vehicle then they would have had to buy a kit thats suppose to have the correct ballast and HID lights. you cant use halogen bulbs with an HID setup...
