I know those will hold, my certified buddy did that arm.  I welded the arm on the 90.  Even though all my welds arent perfect looking Ive welded for enough years to know when Im laying down a strong bead or chicken scratch, so I trust myself to do that.  I wont build one for someone else just for the liability factor but I have no problem running it.
