They are totally different in concept, design, and function.

The Orbit Eyes allow your spring to unload side flex which prevents the leafs from sticking and preventing full flex from the springs.

While the Revolver-style shackles are like a slinky-shackle, they once full articulation is achieved, the shackles can extend another 4-5" providing even more .

The Revolver-style shackles will help you achieve more flex, but only because it allows one side to drop more (like cheating for more flex) while the Orbit Eyes actually create more flex on there own allowing your springs themselves to flex greater than ever before.

What would be cool is a combo Orbit Eye and Revolver-style shackle, but I wonder if it would be real lose and squirrelly on the road..
