Remember if you keep the runner low, you may end up having to tub the rear fenders into the cargo area. I would say a PITA. I have an x-cab and it is perfect.... for 2.  I wish I had a Runner sometimes and other times I don't. If I ever get brave I will make my truck a walk through with a full cage and put the can bak back on.
