Nah its only illegal if u sell it.. This batch was made with sweet horse feed and a few other things. I havent drank any.. it needs so be tested. Over 200 proof can make ya go blind. 
Im not really sure of the temp on the still head that is a pressure guage on top. ijust threw this still together I had everything just chillin in the shop. This is when being plumber comes in handy.
Are you serious? You do know the chemicals and pesticides that are in that stuff don'tchya?
