Problem solved. I took the low range box off and discovered that the high/low range shift rail horse shoe thing (where the roll pin holds it on) was rubbing on the new gear. I pulled it out and hit it lightly with the grider to clearence it. Works good now, I can turn the input in all the gears with no rubbing or grinding noises. Thanks for yall's help. I did not see in the directions anywhere that you had to do this, maybe my t-case is odd ball one!?!
