I'm thinking the Same thing with the stock T100 transfer.

 1. Its a righty
 2. modify the shift rails to make it a top shift ?
 3. add the doubler ?
 4. or = adapter, doubler ,23 spline ,1 gear tcase with 4.7's, do the second tcase stock
