There are too many people in all walks of life that get complacent, careless, and just show up for the check. They don't understand that they're lack of care and commitment can lead from anywhere to a minor inconvenience to the customer, to death for the customer. We've got guys who take vacation days to avoid going to training.
Yeah, I really want a partner who doesn't know what the hell he's doing when the
hits the fan, because the training to do his job was an inconvenience.
