I sold the tranny today and I had a couple of PM's about the dual case adapter so I decided to take them apart.  When I got it apart there was some rust in the coupler.   Got it all cleaned up, couldn't really figure how it got rusty in there.    There is however, some visible wear on the splines in the coupler.  I tried to get a pic but it was kinda difficult.  These were the best I could do.






I was also a bit confused by the AA & Marlin Crawler casting.   







Based on the numbering in the crawler registration thread this one, number 736, should be an MC07

Just a couple more of the reduction box.



This setup was still working fine when it was removed.  I'm open to offers considering the wear.  Toyotaboy, got your PM, it would be nice to sell both together.  Tried to relply, but your box is full.
