I think your right on both accounts Bazzi. My stolen longfield locks had a "anti coning" ring welded to the inside ring to kep the outer ring from bending in too much. They centered on the bolts nicely too. I sure wish someone could get those locks over here as a kit, it looks like a nicely thought out system.
