the thing that everybody is looking over is it was HIS OWN PERSONAL PRIVATE NOBODY ELSE IN THE WORLD CAN HAVE ACCESS TO WITHOUT PERMISSION gate. he said it was a ranger gate so everybody knew what kind of gate he was talking about and could picture it in their minds.

yea what he said was a retarded in the way he said it and not explain it, but everybody and their mom does stupid at one time or anther and deserves a second chance or at least a chance to clear the air before the executioner drops the axe

this whole thing has gone overboard all without the explanation of kyle who got convicted. i say let him back to tell his side of the story with every ounce of detail with pics of the gate and the surrounding area and clear the air...
