What does this mean!!!

I pulled the motor and manually engaged the locker.  When it is manually engaged ONLY the Driver's side wheel spins.  When it is manually disengaged nothing is connected and neither wheel spins.

Am I missing spider gears or something?  What is going on?!


gotta pull it out  something is  NOT RIGHT  :yikes:
