I think a late 70's to mid 80's Jeep Wagoneer is the doner tuck you are looking for if you want a D44 that is the correct width and left side drop.  An 86-95 Toyota ifs Steering box is the common one used for crossover Hi steer applications.  I think a Scout steering box can be used too.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
