If it is original, take the lock cyl out of the passanger side door and there will be a code stamped into the HOUSING.  Take this code to either the dealership or a good locksmith and have a key cut to the original specs.  Then take the lock cyl out and have a lock smith rebuild it with new pins and springs and this should make the cyl like new.  If the housing is too worn, buy one from a parts store and have the locksmith re-key it to the code cut key.  It never hurts to rebuild the drivers door cyl at they same time because they are the first 2 to wear out and make it easy for thieves to take our vehicles.  FYI I work for a Toyota dealership and do this on a regular basis.  The cutting of the key may be a little on the pricey side but like a master key don't use this one and wear it out.  Keep it as a spaire and cut the ones you use, and wear out, at wal-mart.  A good lock smith in the Fresno area that can do all this is Advanced Lock and Safe (559)779-5760.  One man company and is always busy but highly recommended.
