I raised mine up without moving the motor mounts.  I went up maybe 4 inches total.  The front driveline now has a better angle. The rear is good because I have already rolled the axle up.  I have an All-Pro x-member that I just cut the mounts off the frame and raised them to where I wanted them.  Next thing you will have to worry about is your floorboard...
