What about one of those pancake compressors and a small inverter? fairely inexpensive, you could seperate the motor and mount it in the cab, then run a hose to a tank?
Depends on the compressor. Don't forget, a 15amp ac compressor is gonna need MINIMUM 1500W inverter to have a prayer of running.
