i would buy my self into the white house and fix this messed up government and then retire on my own island. 
Ironically, this wouldn't make you very unique in Washington.
I'd thank whoever purchased the ticket for me. The lottery is nothing more than a tax on people that are poor at math. Statistically, it is not much better than running your cash through a shredder.
I'd set my parents and inlaws up for retirement.
