well this is an old post but,,, i commute 100 miles everyday, have been for a year now, about 26,000 miles on my 20/22 hybrid, nothing extremely fancy, i run 75-80 turning between 3700 and 4000 rpm, i use about 1/2 qt between oil changes
15-16 miles per gallon
