I just did this conversion on my fullsize earlier this year having gone from 1/2 ton to 3/4 ton...(long story). Come to find out that all the componenets are interchangeable with the exception of the rotors (8lug and larger) and backing plates (larger diameter for larger diameter rotor) which the calipers mount to. Everything else was the same between the 1/2 and 3/4 tons...ball joints, axle shafts, wheel bearings, calipers, brake pads, seals and even the master cylinders were the same. I researched all the parts numbers just be purely amazed at all the similarities. Hope this is what you were wondering.
