Topic: Bent yota rear axle housing weld er up? or get new housing

I bent my rear axle housing and there is a 3/16" gap between the third member and housing on bottom and sheared the two bottom studs.
It is already gusseted heavily I am thinkin i can put in two new studs and weld the hell out of it to close up the gap so i can wheel it for a few months until my
60 rear I am going to have built is ready, will this work? It is a trailered ride also..... thanks

I would like too get a 60 but it will take 8wks to get built and i want to roll it how it is if possible with little or no money put into what i am going to get rid of.............but that is a good idea will a stock housing hold up or get bent even easyr i drive her rough
