Seems to me that since it's been soooo long, the s/e Bay is in for something bigger 
yup, there is suppsoed to be a magnitude 10.0 within a span of 30 years... and this was predicted back in 1989 after the loma prieta..... by my math, we are a few years over half of that 30 year span
