Yeah its good to know there are still good people out there that wont jump on any opportunity to sue somebody. Its just one of many aspects of our society that piss me off. When I was in high school these two kids I knew were practicaly best friends (we will call them Ted and Joe). Well Ted accidently rear ended Joe while they were messing around in the school parking lot after school and Joe turned around and sued him for 3/4s of a million dollars. Joe somehow won, causing Teds family to basicaly become bankrupt.   


Its disgusting that its "normal" to sue somebody these days.
