BTW, I believe the lines have seals or orings if I remmember correctly. You should be able to remove the air horn on top of the manifold to make it easier.
When you say air horn, are you talking about the plastic piece that says "powerstroke diesel", if so, that is already off...I'm really sorry for the questions.
