I was thinking of going with an E-locker but I don't want to modify my axle housing so I'm going with an ARB. I'm installing OBA & I'm going to set the air compressor to come on when the psi gets down to 100 psi. It only takes 90 psi to lock the ARB so I will install a regulator & it will always have 90 psi. I also read an article in the Sep/Oct 2007 4WD Toyota Owner mag & on page 36, the guy they were interviewing was asked "Worse part ever from Toyota?" His reply was "Electric locker 8" diff. The locker should have been a 9.5" diff. The 8" diffs were being broken way back in 1986, as this rear end was the 4 cylinder Turbo rear end back then. The 8" ring & pinion are not strong enough, and when customers build their trucks up and add large tires and such this is a weak link." The guy that was asked to answer this question
