  I am running a crate 350, turbo 350 tranny, stock axles with 4:56 gears and lockrights.  The gears are by genuine gear, and I have blown them up once.  I would definitely do the tranny conversion with the motor.  Oh yeah, I'm also running a doubler. :eyebrow: :driving:
