Yeah it just depends on what suspension you are running. I run 6 inch shackles but IMO anything larger than 10 inches is excessive and could be dangerous. I knew a kid who ran 12" shackles on a Bronco II......it ended up being a large factor in an on-road accident that caused him to flip. We advised him against it but he didnt listen until it was too late.
