one wire is the electric choke.
-----ignition hot.

one is for the idle fuel circut cut off silinoid.
-----ignition hot.

one is for the carb float bowl vent control dealy bob. 
------i'm not sure when this one turns on.  but it's just the float bowl vent.  i'd try ingnition hot wire with this one as well.

stock 22r carbs are good carbs and they do have more CFM than both the 20r and the 33B weber.  i think they have their good pionts over webers, though i do prefer webers over stock.
