ya im gonna probly sas it for my seinor project. but my ifs will work for now. dose welding your rearend affect street driving a lot? was your truck that you welded a dd muddaddict?

Honestly if your going to DD the thing i wouldn't make this your first SAS project. Maybe do a friends if you know what i mean, cause if you f something up or snap a bead your bu tt is grass. And yes a lincoln locker will dramatically effect the ride and tire wear. Why do you think im running open in the rear, not for my health i can assure you that. Save your money if this truly is a DD and buy a lockrite for the front, some good tires, maybe a lil torsion/shackle lift and wait on the SAS. Then you can throw down for some ARB's and Longs. :) like someone already mentioned good tires and locker will get you much further that a lift will. and a lockrite from Randy;s R&P is 287 out the door. so think on it. GOOD Luck!
Starting from scratch again...
