I paid off a card in Nov. ( and cancelled it) and in march they sent me a bill for a late fee of 34 dollars.
My wife called them and got it straighten out, the next month ANOTHER bill with a 68 dollar late fee!!! I talked with them this time. Haven't heard from them since!!!!!
