5 point is best retention......
if you want to look at best strapping points, look into a childs car seat, they are usually a variation of a 5 pt harness
cam is the hit the button and release..... buckles arent bad though.. a friend had 4 points in his yota, when i rode with him, it was comfortable, jsut more work than a stock seatbelt... but either is going to be like that....
i would get the cam, i jsut htink they are cooler... 5 point is best, as the crotch strap keeps you fromt sliding out under the seat
