you can get a Total chaos 4wd kit for about 2600 with 2 race runner coilovers and springs. but you have use t100 cv axles to prevent binding.
also I know a guy that makes coilovers to spec for a fraction of other. I think his 16" coilover with hardware but  without spring is 200 a piece. compared with fox, king or racerunner thats almost 400 off.

On a side note he also makes billet dry sump oil resivoirs for cheap too.
his company is f-o-a shocks. not sure of his url though.
he also makes resi shocks and emulsion to spec.
