I made my own hanger from 2x4 box tubing and then made some brackets for the spring hanger. Moved it forward and droppd it about 2 inches. So the drop hanger gained about one inch of lift, my lift shackles gave about 1 inch of lift, and my toy rear/waggy/chevy front springs gave me 3-4 inches of lift. So a total of 5-6 inches oif lift. Move it as far forward as you can and you could clear 38's. But you might have to cut the fenders regardless of how high it sits.
