Just so you know, the jumper cables are for testing only, not perminant. Keep the same size wire for everthing. Toyota didn't spend millions  :hammerhead:  in R&D for you to use a smaller wire especially with the coil & fuel pump. As far as grounds, make sure you have removed the paint & grim & it has a clean metal surface to contact  :thumbs:  You can paint over it after you get the truck running. Ground the cab to the engine, the cab to the frame, the engine to the frame & the battery to the frame.  :attention: Make sure you soldier & heat shrink all your connections. Don't use butt-connectors, you will have problems later if not now!  :smack:
