You most definitely want to Supercharge a 4A engine using a GZE bottom end. Everything is WWAAYY beefier: Stronger Crank, Rods, Pistons.

If you can get a non-US bottom end, then it is better because of the added 4-oil piston squirter/coolers, and higher compression (8.9:1 vs 8.0:1)
