If you mean the black 4-5mm thick soundproofing stuff that's stuck to the floor of the truck cab, under the carpeting, it's a Pain to remove when it's warm, but when it's cold or even cool outside, strike it with a carpenters hammer a couple times. The floorboard will flex but the black stuff will shatter, then you just pick up the pieces. Doesn't hafta be freezing outside, just chilly...after a couple whacks you'll find the right amount of force and then it comes off easy. Prying or scraping does'nt really work fer shat.
