Wait are there actually gaskets that actually go on each side of the carb spacer. I went to the parts store for two and they didnt have any. not even in the books. So I got gasket paper for my last Toyota and had to make custom gaskets for it. I figured somethin out. I engage the fast idle for it to start, and tap the accelerator to disengage it. then it starts put put idleing acting like its going to die then the RPM's jump up a bit to keep it going. I'm gonna take a look at the vacuum lines again. I completely redid them so I might have put 1 or a few in the wrong place. Keep the Helpful suggestions coming.

Yes there are gaskets, you have to buy the rebuild kit to get them.  it is by a company called Sorensen??  Bout $25 for the kit.
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5
