If 79coyotefrog is going to lock a thread he shouldn't be able to go back and edit everyone elses posts to make him look good. He also shouldn't go back and post to a thread after he locked it.

That thread WAS a good tech discussion. If you'll read it Glen was the one to get all butthurt and started talking smack about my rig , I simply called his bluff on it and my post got edited and the thread got locked then he went back and fixed it so that it looked like he had the upper hand. I said nothing worse about his junk than he said about mine. Don't dish it out if you can't take it yourself.
:shake:   not now  or have i ever "talked smack"   about your rig  or anyone elses

i answered hotrod's  question about a 20R head on a early 22R block,  a mod  i and many others have done   and you came along  telling all that i didnt know crap  and was blowing smoke  up their :moon:

Where do you come up with all this nonsense?

You are NOT going to gain 30hp by putting a stock 20r head on a stock 22r block. A 30hp gain on a 22r is huge. Also to get 200hp from a 22r will require a LOT more than the few simple mods you mentioned. Apparently you've never been around a 200hp 4cyl. I've helped a buddy who races a 4cyl circle track car for years. It's not easy to get that kind of power out of any 4cyl without some type of forced induction. Also a 200hp 4cyl runs so eratic at lower rpms that it would not be practical in a trail rig.

For most practical purposes a 20r heap swap is not worth the trouble. Don't believe all the hype.
