The reason for the street leagle thing I think is this. The trail runs meet in the town somewhere. At least all that I was on last time. Then they go hit the trail and end up at another street on the way out. So the whole group will be running street in and out of the trail. Witht e exception of a few tha you could trailer to. and come out in the same area. Hells revenge is close, and cliff hanger is an in and out trail. But ther is minimal parking at the trailhead, so no place to leave a trailer if everone did it.
GSMTR you can camp at the trail head, and you don't hit street, untill you go to main camp for the raffle and inspection. So trailered rigsare common there. But It's in Tellico. That's the Tennesee, N Carolina border just past Sweetwater Tenn, and before Murphy N Carolina if your looking for it. I think the town is called Green Cove Tenn.
