I used to ride with a guy that had a turbocharged kawi like yours! Never saw it run with the turbo, but they said it was damn fast. And the buell blast is only a 500cc bike I think, and they're not too expensive, not like an x1, lightning or? Should be able to pick up one fairly cheap and not loose TOO much money, but yea you'll definately get hosed on a big one! And you left the d out of hardley!
