And strangely, but not totally strange, yamaha was the only of the big 4 to offer a sportbike smaller than 600 in the states, being their fzr400, which many people still use for racing. I don't think they can hold a candle to a well prepped vfr or even rvf 400, or sound nearly as great, but a smaller bike would still be a kick in the pants to flog around the track! I'm torn between buying a small track bike, like a honda rs125 2 smoker, or another dirt bike after I sell one of my projects. Too many decisions to make
