Sometimes judges get so used to wallowing in
day in and day out that they can't see through it anymore. A lot of them seem to think the mother is the only choice for custody, since she actually went through the birth and has that bond. Pish posh man, the more responsable of the two, both physically and financially, should be the one to have custody, period. Once again, good luck man, I hope you get one of the few decent judges.
